IISc researchers create flexible composite semiconductor material for use in next-gen technology like curved displays foldable phones and wearables. Inkjet printing technique used to deposit material onto flexible substrates. Material can be used to fabricate low-cost easy-to-manufacture displays. Patent obtained shelf-life and quality control to be tested before scaling up.
